The fleet is not a side module. The same stock drives the calendar, the marketplace and the branch.

Make, model, category, transmission, fuel, seats, daily rate, photos, branch.
- Status instead of paper
Available, in maintenance, blocked. What is not free cannot be rented twice.
- Damage and maintenance
Damage file, workshop dates, history on the car — for handover and disputes.
- Mileage and fuel
Captured at pick-up and return. Basis for extra kilometres and fuel charges.
- Branches
Several sites within the plan. Each car belongs to a branch with an address for radius search.
- Marketplace from the stock
Publishing is a switch on the car, not a second system.
A day at the branch
- TodayPick-ups and returns, conflicts, substitute cars.
- HandoverProtocol with mileage, fuel, existing damage, signature / photo.
- AfterInvoice, deposit, review — the same record.
Access via partner login. Limits (cars, branches, staff) come from the chosen package.
