Cancellation terms are the company’s. Do not pay without reading them.
- Money back
Refunds use the same payment path to the renter. RENTARVO does not hold your money in V1.

The renter first. Platform: /kontakt. Consumer ADR: /streitbeilegung only if configured.
Steps
- Sign inThe account you booked with.
- Open the booking/bookings — status, amounts, cancel action if allowed.
- ConfirmThe screen before submit is decisive. Email only if sending is configured.
No invented “free for 24 hours”.
