Damage at handover or during the rental belongs in the protocol and with the company. RENTARVO stores the file — it does not decide liability or excess.

Before driving
Existing damage on the pick-up protocol. Photos if the flow allows.
During the rental
Accident, theft, glass: police and the renter as that company instructs. We do not invent an emergency number.
Insurance
Packages and excess are the renter’s. What you chose at checkout is toward them.
After return
New damage on the return file. Dispute: renter, then /streitbeilegung if configured.

What RENTARVO does
