The deposit is the renter’s
It is shown separately from the rent where the quote knows it. Hold, release and disputes sit with the company — RENTARVO is not your escrow in V1.
Check the bookingPayments- Before booking
Amount and type (authorisation or charge) on the car and quote. If missing, ask the renter before you drive.
- At pick-up
The company may ask for ID, licence and another authorisation — under its terms.
- After return
Release after check (fuel, mileage, damage). The deadline is the renter’s.
- No RENTARVO pot
We do not run a separate deposit account for you. Payment status is on the booking.
If something is kept
- ProtocolPick-up and return with mileage, fuel, damage.
- RenterWrite first to the company that took the deposit.
- Platform/kontakt if the technical booking is unclear — not as a court.
