You pay the renter
V1 model: direct_to_renter. Checkout shows the methods that company connected — typically card (Stripe) and/or PayPal. RENTARVO is not the payee of the rent.
Fee pagePayments on the booking- No platform surcharge
RENTARVO does not take a brokerage fee from the driver and does not split the payment.
- What you still pay
The quoted rental total, plus deposit and extras under the renter’s rules.
- Card fees
Stripe or PayPal may charge the renter their usual fees. That is not a RENTARVO line on your invoice.
- Failed payment
Status stays on the booking. Pay again only through the same safe path — no IBAN in chat.
- Refund
Same provider, triggered by the company or its cancel rule. Double refunds are blocked.
Before you pay
- TotalMandatory parts visible; deposit separate where the system knows it.
- PayeeThe renter’s name at checkout.
- ConfirmThe screen immediately before payment governs.
Available methods follow the renter’s account, not a RENTARVO till.
